Delivery and Returns

Shipping fees: Delivery of some items from our online shop (Not motorcycles & electric scooters) is free of charge to addresses in Mainland UK.

Should you wish to order outside the UK mainland we kindly suggest calling us to order over the phone directly where we can provide a shipping quote for the items you wish to purchase. 

In the event of a claim the item must be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased with the original purchase invoice or contact us directly at Triton motorcycles customer care and we will provide postal details for the return of goods which in all cases must include its original purchase invoice.

If you change your mind after buying from our online shop or purchases made over the phone you have up to 14 days to let us know, and another 14 days to return the goods to us. 

Note: All return postal costs will need to be covered by the customer and a tracking number provided to our office (this cost is none refundable).

To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in ‘AS NEW’ condition with all component parts included in their original packaging. 

‘AS NEW’ condition is defined as unridden, unused, and undamaged  

Once your goods are returned to Triton motorcycles, they will be assessed by a Triton motorcycles representative.  

Any evidence of damage to the packaging, damage to a motorcycles or scooter, evidence of use of a motorcycle or scooter, or missing parts will result in a refund claim being rejected and the product returned for your collection at your own cost.

In the event of a valid claim the item will be repaired or replaced and the return postage cost back to the customer will be paid by Triton Motorcycles.

In the event that there is evidence that the item has sustained damage due to abuse, damage due to under sizing of the item or damage as a result of the product care information being ignored, any claim will be rejected and the item returned to the customer.
